Fraud Protection Orderbon Protocol
A non-printed order slip is quickly a disaster, because the order was not executed as ordered. Hypersoft therefore attaches great importance to ensuring that the order slip is always printed reliably.
In more complex systems with many exception settings, you may want to see if the order slip has been created. To do this, you can activate logging and track the order receipts.
When working with the optional print delay, you can view the status of order receipts that are in the delay. Especially if the program is new for you or if you create new items with extensive print delay functions, you can use it to check the system and your entries.
Since the log is superfluous in standard use and requires resources, we recommend that you only activate it if necessary.
Hypersoft Orderbon Commitment
In rare cases, employees may claim that the system did not print an order receipt in order to get goods without posting. As long as there is no traceable or conspicuous malfunction in the system, you can rely on Hypersoft to reliably output the order receipt. (The last lost order vouchers we looked for were stuck under the saucepan that was regularly placed between the vouchers and then burned.)
