Send messages
With the Hypersoft programme Send messages you can send messages to cashier stations or to operators, both are shown to the POS systems in the display area. In mPOS Handheld and in CLOU MOBILE for Orderman only messages for operators appear.
From the programme group POS , start the programme Send messages.

A global message is sent to All Stations. If you enter information in this text line, it is copied to all other input fields when you leave the input field. There you can adjust the messages if necessary. Differently, you can send messages to individual stations by entering a text directly after the station name. You must also activate the check mark for this. Messages that are to be sent only once are removed from this list after the first message appears in the display area of the cashier mode. Entries in the Global field also delete any deviating information in the input fields of the individual POS terminals. To remove all texts at once, place the cursor in the Global field and press the Remove key while holding down the Shift key. |
| Repeated | Without this option, the message will be displayed once. With the Repeat setting, the message appears each time any operator logs in. |

Messages to operators are given preference over messages at checkout stations. If both are available, the operator only receives his message.
