Development enquiries

Please check whether your enquiry may already be included in our roadmap due to planned developments so that you can take this into account in your enquiry.

Place development requests

You can now use our new area in the portal to place development enquiries via the portal and help decide how to proceed.

You can reach them via My company / Development enquiries.

Enter development enquiry...

  1. Please first select the area for which you would like to submit a development enquiry:

    • 1. MyHypersoft & eSolutions

    • 2. POS and MCP

  2. Please give your development enquiry a meaningful title, e.g.: Webshop - Exchange of order type icons.

  3. Include a detailed explanation of your request in the description.

  4. Please optionally select a contact person at your company whom we can contact in the event of any queries. This contact person must be known in Hypersoft as a contact person or user.

  5. Optionally, you can link one of your incidents to add further information or call histories to your enquiry.

  6. Optionally, you can upload additional files (PNG, JPG or PDF) with a maximum file size of 5 MB each to clarify or supplement your enquiry.

Development queries confirm...

As soon as you have confirmed your request with OK, a message dialogue will appear which will affect the further processing of your development request.

If you confirm the development enquiry (without the Special Interest Group (SIG) option), we would like to thank you for your enquiry and your valuable suggestion for optimising our products. We ask for your understanding that due to the high number of enquiries, we are unfortunately unable to provide individual feedback. However, please be assured that our development department regularly reviews all submissions and takes them into account when further developing our products.

SIG "Special Interest Group

As an option, we would like to offer you the opportunity to include your enquiry in a Special Interest Group (SIG) as a fee-based extension. These enquiries are prioritised and examined in detail by our product experts with regard to feasibility, benefits and strategic orientation. If the evaluation is positive, we will then contact you and possibly other customers for whom this enquiry could also be of interest. You will then receive an offer and an estimate of the implementation period.

Please note that the realisation of your request within the framework of a Special Interest Group usually involves a cost contribution from the stakeholders involved, which is considered a fair contribution from all participants. Before you are charged any costs, an amicable agreement and commissioning will be reached on this basis.

After confirming, you will receive a confirmation that your enquiry has reached us successfully:
