We would like to present the planned extensions and changes to the Hypersoft development for the near future. Here you will find confirmation of our technically pioneering market position, with which you can now also benefit from integrated eSolutions from a single source on the basis of our leading POS system with stock management and time recording. With this unique combination of POS and eSolutions, Hypersoft offers you the leading total solution for the high digital demands of our time. A single item master supplies all locations and channels, just as all orders from these channels are processed securely at the location and find their way to your head office in a meaningful way.
The roadmap maps this workflow step by step...
Each of our new products is based on the experience of intensive and personal cooperation with all of you. In the evaluation phase, our experienced team plans workflows on this basis that secure your investment and give you demonstrably incomparable advantages over your market competitors. In this evaluation phase, it is then decided whether, when and how a product will be adopted in the Hypersoft standard. With this careful preparation, our development team then starts the actual development and implementation, which is concluded with the internal beta test. Shortly before release to the entire customer base, the products are subjected to further stress tests internally, as well as in the test groups and beta phase. At this time, specialised trade partners and employees will be trained and educated accordingly, so that you can receive expert information from there if you are interested. In many cases, or if it is a matter of product maintenance, these services are then delivered to you as an automatic update, free of charge.

Discontinuation (end of market)
Some devices, techniques and programs have a limited lifetime. Frequently, the "termination of lifetime" can be scheduled. For these cases we inform about discontinuations.
Terminations do not mean something negative, but provide planning security for the thus confirmed lifetime.

Unfortunately, the test customers of the payment terminals repeatedly experienced incomprehensible technical faults and it was not possible to establish a satisfactory status over several days. As we have also identified different views on the support of our customers and the cooperation for customer success in this context, we felt compelled in the interests of our customers not to offer the connection to Wallee either.
