Global Station Settings - Stock Management

Global System Settings - Book. Settings are made here that apply to all wards and belong to the Stock Management section.

 

From the Administration tab, select the System settings program group and start Stations. The Stock Management tab is located in the lower section:

Enable this option if you want to use the Availability Manager. Select the point of sale for availability control (all postings are included in the number there). If you choose the Per point of sale entry, a selection is displayed when you start the availability manager.

Goods consumption and inventory management

The setting to carry goods consumption and inventory is the standard when using the Stock Management Controller.

Goods consumption until fixing... causes the transaction data that was created before the fixing to be automatically removed. The current stock remains until then.

If you do not want to store any inventory data, choose Goods consumption and Do not manageinventory.

If you select the 2nd or 3rd option, the system checks whether data already exists. This is then displayed and with confirmation the data can be deleted.

Check for open goods transfers

The system determines the current transfer items that have not yet been posted to the target and issues a corresponding message during day-end closing of the POS system.

In the case of automated cash closings, the audit is not carried out and therefore no notification message is issued.

When an operator who is authorized to accept transfers is billed, a check is carried out and, if necessary, a warning message is issued. All points of sale used by this operator and the point of sale of the performing station are taken into account.
