Configure integrated printers
Some payment terminals have integrated printers. These can be used by Hypersoft if they are configured accordingly.
For the Adyen terminals Verifone Portable V400M Hypersoft Pay Edition and Saturn F2 (portable), the internal printer can be enabled for printing 32-character billing documents, e.g. for PayPOS.
To use the internal printer of the Adyen V400m and Saturn S1F2 for POS and EC receipts on the mPOS Client, the following settings must be made:
In the settings for the selected terminal, select the Enable integrated printer for invoice printing switch. As soon as this switch is activated, a new printer is automatically created in the ward settings and this switch is locked.
(To release this switch again, the printer must be removed manually in the ward settings. This also checks whether the printer is still being used by other devices (the internal printer of the payment terminals could be used by other devices for form printing by default, but this should not be the default).
The Saturn F2 can also be coupled with a professional belt printer for this purpose.
With the PayPOS system, cashless customer and merchant receipts are printed on the belt printer when the invoice or payment receipt is also printed there.
In addition, the created printer must be selected in the form settings for the subsystem that controls the mPOS Client:
If there are several terminals with shared printers, only one printer must be selected at this point, as the mPOS uses the printer type and the settings to determine the printer on which to print.
Check in the ward settings for the mobile device that Use Bluetooth Printer is not switched on, as this would be used as a priority.
