Things to note about VR Payment

Tipping with VR Payment Terminals

The tip function must be activated or deactivated in the VR Payment Portal. Please contact VR Payment Support for this. In Hypersoft, select the setting that overpayment is tip.

Activation of the tip functions...

The activation of the tip function at VR Payment terminals is carried out exclusively by VR Payment itself. The settings for the tip options are therefore locked in Hypersoft's BZV settings dialogue after you have selected VR Payment as the provider:

 

Rounding up with VR Payment Terminals...

Rounding up is always to whole numbers, from 6.30 to 7.00 or from 3.52 to 4.00. This is not suitable for service operations in the catering industry by default and therefore you should ask VR Payment not to activate this then. Use Enter Tip to enter the tip to the payment amount.

These functions are provided to Ingenico by our partner VR Payment and cannot be configured further. The percentage values of the buttons are also fixed at 5% and 10%.

If you are looking for customisation, you can use Hypersoft Pay Adyen Terminals, but you will need a different contract.
