Wallee Integration: Until further notice, we will not be connecting Wallee terminals to Hypersoft.

To ensure that the devices are automatically set up for use with Hypersoft at wallee and that the services can already be coordinated during onboarding, we ask you to contact Hypersoft first so that we can arrange everything for you. This is then also the quickest, simplest and at the same time cheapest way for you to use the systems together.

Hypersoft services with wallee

The technical services can be found in the overview table Payment provider functions with Hypersoft Pay. As almost the only provider, wallee combines innovative, high-performance technology, diversity and the highest level of service. In the combination of Hypersoft and wallee, wallee delivers the payment terminals to you and directly takes care of all service standards around the payment terminals.

Special feature for multiple payments...

If a transaction at the cash register or mobile device has been split into several payments (for example 3 payments) and a cancellation occurs during the first or second payment, the last payment checked in the transaction is completed and a message appears for the operator at the cash register or mobile device where the payment was initiated. The message alerts him to the fact that there are other outstanding payments for this transaction:

In this case, the process must be opened again in order to execute the further payment(s).

Licences and costs with wallee

At the moment, the licence issue for Wallee is blocked due to technical problems and support reconciliations.
