POS text adjustments

With POS Text Adjustments you can replace the default texts on forms with your own texts. So it's mainly about communicating with your customers at the POS.

You can reach the table with the button Form Specificationsb in the dialogue Organise cash register forms.

As soon as you insert at least one character in the column New text, the content from the column Standard text is replaced with it. These variables not only change the forms, but also terms on the customer monitor and, at Out-of-Home, also on the POS dialogue.

Standard texts	Application
Information on the proof of the amount and by the time (Par. 4 para. 5 no. 2 EStG)	This optional text can be printed on forms for the "entertainment expense".
rebate by the time Debit	These are the payment methods on the forms.
Tip and gratuity	You may have created Tip or Tipping as a tip item, these will then be used on the form when used and can be customised here.
Valid on	For special vouchers of the Voucher Management.
Outside	For out-of-home labelling.

The switch Version note switches off the printout of the version information of the Hypersoft system. We recommend leaving this switched on as an additional security feature on invoices.

Please make sure that there is enough space on the form for your deviating text and ensure this by checking the test printouts.

Also note that the Hypersoft Suite is not approved for all countries and languages.
