Organise cash forms
The Cash Forms programme displays the cash forms per cashier's station in tabular form. Each field thus represents an individual setting that you can edit by double-clicking on it. If the same settings are frequently used for the same form, you can copy settings once they have been created to other cash register stations.
From the Printer & Interfaces program group, select the Cash Forms program.

Global Forms and edit |
In the global forms column, you can select an entry and use the Edit button (or double-click the cell) to make the settings for the forms. |
Columns of station names, cells and Printer Settings |
Each additional column represents a station in the POS system. Each cell of the table shows the name of the printer that prints the form at the respective station (column). If you select a cell and select the Printer Settings button, you can set the printer. Each form can therefore be output to a specific printer at each station. |
Copying Settings |
Both form settings and printer settings can be copied from one cell to another.
You can also copy all forms from one ward and paste them on another. Until now, this was only possible per form |
Place cash register on your own forms and Set Cash Registers to Global Forms |
If you click with the right mouse button on a column of a cash station, you receive the option "Setcash on own forms".
To switch back to global forms, right-click on a column in the table below and select Set POS to Global Forms.
