Screen tab

In the Screen tab, you can start a remote maintenance program that allows you to operate the stations from the Remote Commander.

The remote control programme used here is an optional accessory that we are happy to provide. Should unforeseen circumstances result in this program not being usable in your system, no claims can be derived from this.

Display screen displays a snapshot of the station's screen. This is stored on the server at the same time.

Hypers-!\etc\ScreenshotXXX.jpg.

( File storage info: XXX = POS number).

With the Resize option you can display the original size. With Transfer mouse you can execute a mouse click on the snapshot, which will be transferred to exactly this position of the station (if the image is still valid).

If the station has disabled remote access, you will receive a message and the ability to ask for sharing.

Depending on the response from the station, you can trigger further actions.

Disable or enable remote access

Remote access in connection with the terminal commander is activated by default at every station, to deactivate it, make a right mouse click on the Terminal Commander in the Windows task bar. A selection menu appears, in this selection you can deactivate the remote access for the station. If remote access is deactivated, the station will be asked if remote access is allowed or not.
