Remote Commander

The Remote Commander is an integrated support tool that makes it possible to check all cashier stations and other station types, install programmes and make settings from a central location. Independently, this programme monitors , stabilises and repairs many of the problems that may occur fully automatically as part of our quality management and Hypersoft Security.

The Remote Commander synchronizes the time on all stations and can transmit information about the utilization of the CPU and the active transactiones. The Remote Commander can configure all stations within the selected client so that they load all desired modules at program start. You can also work on the stations as with a remote control and perform certain maintenance tasks. You can use once configured stations with Remote Commander as templates for other stations. The Remote Commander automatically terminates after 15 minutes of inactivity.

The necessary counterpart to the Remote Commander is theterminal commander, which runs on every ward.

Note on responsibility...

The program is used by trained Hypersoft specialists for installations. Its use requires extensive knowledge of computers and the configuration of programs.

We expressly point out that improper use can lead to errors within your system, which may make its use impossible. Such improper use is not covered by the warranty or the software maintenance contract, so that costs may arise from repairs. We can train you to use the programme if required. Otherwise, please do not operate s so that it can automatically perform the necessary procedures correctly.
