Things to note about the CloudBOX
CloudBOX works primarily in the background, but offers configuration options in several places. The following technical details are mainly aimed at administrators and serve to provide a better understanding of internal processes.
Securing the CloudBOX
If the Internet connection is interrupted, the connector automatically attempts to re-establish the connection. If this is not achieved within a defined period of time, an escalation is triggered which, depending on the setting, includes an HS-SSP message and/or an escalation email.
Internal methods of the CloudBOX Live Connector
Occasionally, data retrieval from the portal may take a little longer, especially in the morning around 8:00 am. To ensure communication, the software waits two minutes in the event of a timeout and then repeats the call.
