Things to note about the CloudBOX

The CloudBOX system mainly works in the background, but can be configured in several places as described in this section. The technical details mentioned here are actually intended more for administrators than for users.

Internal methods of the CloudBOX Live Connector

Data retrieval from the portal can sporadically take a little longer in the morning around 8:00 am. In future, the software will wait two minutes in the event of a timeout and repeat the call to ensure correct communication.

Internal communication to the CloudBOX Live Connector

The information data of the in-house order (CloudBoxLive-Connector) is saved in the internal Hypersoft info table.

The course number, court number, table number, group name/guest name (nickname), DigiPager (ePING) and the internal group code/user token are saved in the info table to match the process and court. This information can later be used to create a report.
