CloudBOX for eSolutions - your bridge between POS and digital guest service

The Hypersoft CloudBOX is your central interface for all digital ordering and service processes. Set up once per location, it connects your POS system (POS/mPOS) with Hypersoft's diverse eSolutions - for a seamless and modern guest experience.

What is the CloudBOX?

CloudBOX is a secure web server provided by Hypersoft that connects your local systems to the cloud. It enables the use of the following digital solutions:

  • Pick-Up Ordering

  • Delivery Ordering

  • Merchant Shop

  • Ticket Shop

  • Web Vouchers

  • Self-Order Terminal (SOT)

For in-house ordering, the powerful CloudBOX Live Connector ensures lightning-fast synchronisation between your guests' mobile devices and the Hypersoft POS and mPOS. This ensures a smooth and modern guest experience.

How does the CloudBOX work?

The CloudBOX Live Connector is a background programme that is automatically started by the Terminal Commander. It connects automatically to the CloudBOX location server set up for you and transfers all relevant data between your POS/mPOS and the cloud. Information such as orders, payments and service calls are synchronised in real time.

Setup and Configuration

The CloudBOX Live Connector is set up via the MCP in the Interfaces section. After retrieving and saving the CloudBOX URL from the portal, the connector is automatically started for operation. Important system checks are carried out, such as the changeover to multi-object processes and the activation of process blocks, to ensure a smooth process.

Further configuration options include

  • Activating or deactivating the connector

  • Support for individual orders for group orders

  • Setting the method for service calls (display at station or printout on POS printer)

  • Integration of DigiPagers for items with preparation time

  • Escalation settings for connection problems
