Integrity of mobile bookings
Hypersoft fuse
All Hypersoft mobile cash registers (mPOS, ePOS Tablet, CLOU MOBILE, Orderman) are designed so that no booking can be lost or manipulated.
There is no offline mode.
The mPOS server can only request invoices or order receipts via the POS system.
Each booking is first processed via the central POS system and then TSE-signed.
Manipulation by the operator or owner is impossible due to the design.
Technical realisation
mPOS systems function exclusively as input devices.
They do not store any data locally and cannot complete any business transactions independently.
Communication is synchronised and without intermediate storage.
Transfers to POS
All bookings of a transfer receive the same time stamp in the journal.
An mPOS process can therefore have several time stamps (e.g. two orders and one invoice).
A single time stamp is only created if the order and payment coincide directly.
The TSE is always signed immediately upon delivery - never collected afterwards.
Legal security
This procedure fulfils the requirements of:
§ Section 146a of the German Fiscal Code (AO)
Cash Security Ordinance (KassenSichV)
BSI TR-03153
completely fulfilled.
There are no fiscal risks with Hypersoft mPOS, as could arise with systems with offline functionality.
Technically similar bookings:
Orders from webshops, delivery service channel managers (e.g. Deliverect), 3rd party apps and dispensing systems are also processed via interface as a transfer to the POS and therefore appear in the journal with identical time stamps if necessary.
