Integrity of external bookings

Hypersoft fuse

All external systems that transmit bookings to Hypersoft (e.g. web shops, delivery service channel managers such as Deliverect, 3rd party apps or dispensing systems) are connected to the Hypersoft POS system exclusively via the Online Order Connector or the interfaces provided for this purpose.

External systems cannot save postings directly in the journal.

You can only send transfers to the POS system.

Only the POS system processes, saves and TSE-signs the data.

This prevents manipulation by external systems.

Technical realisation

Bookings are sent to the POS as transfer packages.

All bookings within a transfer receive the same time stamp in the journal.

Multiple transfers for the same process lead to multiple time stamps.

The TSE signature is always applied at the time of handover, never collected retrospectively.

Examples of external systems

Webshops (Hypersoft Webshop)

Channel Manager (e.g. Deliverect)

3rd Party Interfaces (E-Commerce-IF)

Dispensing system connections (Buchen am Officer)

Benefits for owners and inspectors

  • Owner: Transparency towards auditors that external systems have no influence on the fiscal data.

  • Auditor: Proof that external orders have been transferred to the journal in accordance with the rules and signed by TSE.

  • Tax consultant: Assurance that external sales are also included completely and without manipulation.

Hint

Technically, this works in a similar way to the integrity of mobile bookings.

The difference: mPOS uses the mPOS server as a gateway.

External systems use the Online Order Connector or special interfaces.
