The cloud-based management software MEINbusiness digitalises and automates any back-office processes of catering and hotel businesses of different sizes. The SaaS solution developed in Austria creates automated live controlling according to profit and loss logic with little effort. All incoming invoices come directly from the suppliers into the software, are the basis of the reports and go directly to the accounting department with a high time saving. With the interface to employee time recording, all personnel costs as well as the hours of all employees are integrated into the MEINbusiness software and placed in relation to cash sales as well as the turnover of goods. This way, monitoring productivity becomes standard and every week or month becomes transparent. Thanks to automation and digitalisation, more than 750 companies from the DACH region are already gaining a lot of time and can save a lot of money by optimising their operations.
Functional scope of the interface to MEINbusiness
Any turnover data from Hypersoft is transmitted directly to MEINbusiness. The prices of the sales items from the cash register system are linked to the merchandise turnover via created recipes. In this way, contribution margins can be calculated per sales item and determined live at any time. The total turnover of the business is also compared to the personnel hours and costs. In this way, productivity in the company becomes transparent and necessary optimisation measures can be derived directly from it.
Activate MEINBusiness interface
You can activate the interface in the portal under Interfaces in the Business Intelligence & Reporting area.
To do this, click on the interface to MEINbusiness to access its details:
Activate the transfer of your turnover data here and press OK. When you reopen the interface, the customer and authentication tokens are displayed, which you can pass on to your contact person at MEINbusiness for commissioning.
