3rd party BI evaluations
The analyses within the Hypersoft system are already extensive, as Hypersoft processes bookings in great detail and provides more data than other systems. Expertise in inventory management, customer management and employee time recording means that further-reaching analyses can be created. Another topic is the possibility of providing analyses with partners who specialise in this area. This is useful, for example, when comprehensive advice is provided and information is added that is not included in the Hypersoft POS system. Our B2B Data Interface, with which we have seamlessly connected a number of third-party providers, is available for this purpose.

For the connection of the live report you must use the Establish Hypersoft Lounge Connection
So that you have your KPIs under control and can carry out comprehensive evaluations, it is possible to export data from the Hypersoft // system with the Enterprise Reports & UX/IF Data Transfer licence. With this data, BI programmes (Business Intelligence), for example, can also include areas outside Hypersoft in the evaluations.
