Hotel management in the cloud

Infor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) is a hotel management system designed specifically for the cloud. As a result, they enjoy benefits such as flexibility, security, efficiency and mobile capabilities to provide excellent service to guests. The HMS Property Management System gives staff access to actionable information about guests and prospects to quickly assess individual bookings and optimise the guest's stay. By integrating the Hotel Property Management System with existing operating systems, Infor's suite of solutions also supports optimisation in accounting, revenue management and work order placement.

Administrators and Installers

Additional settings:

  • Internet URL: Access endpoint of the hotel interface at Infor.

  • System token: System token assigned by Infor to use the interface for Hypersoft.

  • Hotel ID: Hotel identifier assigned to the customer by Infor.

  • User name and password: Access data for using the interface.

Rules...

  • If an invoice number exists, this is transferred to the Infor hotel interface instead of the voucher number.

  • The VAT is separated per commodity group.
