YourAPP combines the eSolution products in your own app for iOS and Android, which thus presents the webshop and much more for you under your brand in a profitable way. Design and branding come from you, Hypersoft remains discreetly in the background. Since most of the services are also available in responsive web design without app installations, you don't need to worry about fear of contact. YourAPP sets the course for your ultimate marketing success in seamless bi-directional integration of all operations in our powerful POS system.

As already mentioned, you can also make most of the functions available to your guests in the web browser, but in addition to the higher level of regular customer loyalty via the app, you also have additional options such as push messages.

Requirements for using YourAPP
- The head office and location must have customer master data 2.0.
- Central license and site licenses of YourAPP. Optional licenses for certain modules or program areas.
- The customer number of the head office and the locations must match the customer number in the portal. The setup of the head office and the location are identical. The distinction is made via the customer information stored with Hypersoft.
- Available /IIS
Internet Information Service
This is a Microsoft service platform for PCs and servers. They are used to make documents and files accessible on the network. for central and per location. - Hypersoft Connector set up.
YourAPP Denylist...
In general, YourAPP is tested on current devices and kept compatible with them.
Android 7 "Nougat" is no longer supported. Neither do older Android versions,
YourAPP service areas and status
You can also receive delivery orders with the optional Delivery Service Channel Manager Deliverect at the site using the same new Online Order function as orders from YourAPP. Extensions that did not appear in the project presentation have been marked as New. As much of the web shop functionality is also used in YourAPP, you can also see the section Announcements at Shop & Order.

Maintenance and Down Time
Maintenance and downtime of the Hypersoft servers
Please understand that our servers from www.myhypersoft.de are not available every first Tuesday of the month between 3:00 and 5:00 due to maintenance and updates.
Maintenance and downtime of your Virtual Machines (VMs)
Due to security updates and maintenance work, we check all customer server VMs on every third Wednesday of the month between 04:00 and 07:00 (every APP or webshop customer has their own VM with us). During this time, your eSolutions may be sporadically unavailable.

Licensing of YourAPP is done per location and at the head office. eSolutions such as web vouchers and many others intrude into the YourAPP project. See eSolutions YourAPP Licences licences for all information on licences.
