smoothr is an innovative and trend-setting service extension for restaurants, bars, cafés or clubs.
Multiple functions can be used individually or in combination:
- inspiration platform
- Pre-orders (Order Ahead and Takeaway ).
- Orders directly from the table by scanning a QR code.
- Payment functions (InApp payment / mobile payment)

Through the smoothr platform all locations that work together with smoothr can be found.

When ordering "on site", the guest orders by smartphone at the table. For this purpose, the guest scans the table-specific QR code and can select his desired items via the mobile menu of the smoothr app. The order is transmitted to the Hypersoft POS system and from there sent to the appropriate receipt printers (just as if the service personnel entered the orders manually into the POS system). The guest then has the option of using various payment methods (PayPal, instant bank transfer, credit card, SEPA direct debit) to pay for his order on the move. Additionally there is the option to pay the order in BAR.
After payment has been made, the table is closed in the POS system or individual items are debited from the table, the invoice is issued to POS 1. In addition, guests can also trigger repeat orders via smartphone, which are then transmitted to the POS system together with the table number and from there to the corresponding receipt printers.
All orders and payments via the smoothr app appear on the daily invoice in the Hypersoft POS system and can also be tracked via the smoothr backend or, if necessary, refunded there.
To use the connection with Hypersoft POS systems, you need the eSolutions interface from Hypersoft.
licenses
For the integration of smoothr, the licence Variant IF 01: eSolutions Payment-Only...... be present. If the licence IF 01: eSolutions and app integration is available, smoothr can also be used (activities / costs are incurred during use).
