Whole kitchen / Half kitchen
With this configuration, you can use two Kitchen Supervisors to control planned (regular) differences in the setup of your kitchen.
The alternative configuration
An alternative configuration allows the operation of up to 30 Kitchen Display systems, each of which can have different capacity specifications. Two Kitchen Supervisor programs must be used for this. In addition, the normal can be redirected to the alternative configuration (for example, if this area closes or if you use the system in several different objects in a network).
The Kitchen Supervisor must be called up for the alternative configuration with the parameter AUTO SV=2 etc. For the alternative configuration, the parameter ALT in the start shortcut applies. To use both you can use ALT SV=2 and so on.
You must also start the Kitchen Monitor with identical parameters in the Start shortcut.
Without parameters, the supervisor can only be started once in a network.

The settings of the alternative configuration can also be different. You determine this with the button Settings of the alternative Kitchen Supervisor.
Started by the MCP there is a new button called Alternative Configuration. This allows you to switch between the two views 7 configurations to set up the system from the MCP.

Redirect to Alternative Configuration
On any Kitchen display with normal configuration, press the Hypersoft logo to redirect to the alternative configuration. You will then receive a request for confirmation. After the change has been made, the redirection will be shown in the affected Kitchen Displays (of the normal configuration).
If call forwarding is active, only the settings of the supervisor with alternative configuration apply.
You can also deactivate the call forwarding by pressing the Hypersoft logo (of the normally configured displays) again.
On the display of the alternatively configured Kitchen Display, the diversion is shown in green, as these are the receivers of the bookings, so to speak (switching is not possible here).
Use alternative configuration per order group
If the alternative configuration is not to apply to all order groups, you can exclude order groups from it. For this purpose there is the option switch Without diversionin the order group settings.
