Data backup in branch systems

Hypersoft has an integrated data backup. On your central server, you can set it to All clients, so that all additional branches can be saved without any further settings.

In the central system, the item information and item screens of the master client are also saved for the subclients.

Web clearing copies most of the transaction data (partly depending on your settings) from the sites to the head office. In theory, this is like backing up local data to the central server. Web clearing (or trading area clearing) cannot and should not replace data backup.

You should therefore set up local and central data backups independently of clearing.
