Error messages for missing connection
If the POS system cannot access the Hypersoft portal server, a warning appears on the POS (this also applies if the Internet is available but the portal server cannot be reached):

Planned maintenance times and system availability
Please note that our servers are temporarily unavailable every first Wednesday of the month between 03:00 and 05:00 (CET) due to planned maintenance and system updates. We ask for your understanding for these necessary measures to ensure system stability.
Virtual machines (VMs) of your eSolutions
All customers who use Hypersoft eSolutions (such as APP or Webshop) have their own virtual machine (VM). To carry out security updates and system maintenance, these VMs are checked every third Wednesday of the month between 04:00 and 07:00 (CET).
During this period, there may be temporary restrictions or interruptions to the availability of your eSolutions.
We thank you for your understanding - these measures serve the security and reliability of your systems.

You can also offer the web vouchers automatically via the web voucher shop.
Please check the legal situation and adhere to the regulations when using web vouchers across countries. The option in the program does not constitute a legal exemption, even if or only because we are not aware of any restrictions. Nevertheless, it must be assumed that restrictions apply depending on the use concept and the country. We strongly advise you to obtain information elsewhere for cross-border use.
If the currencies are the same, you can use the web vouchers in several countries together.
In order to use the cross-country vouchers, the option button Cross-country must be activated. This means that the country prefix, which is checked in the web voucher system as an additional security criterion, is no longer taken into account. A general validity check and credit check will then take place. The country prefix is part of every web voucher.
Production of media with codes for Web.vouchers
Please act prudently and test vouchers that you have produced yourself if possible. Do not print on gold or silver backgrounds. If necessary, cut out the code area accordingly.
Autocorrect Spaces at the end of a code...
Spaces at the end of a QR code for web vouchers are removed by the programme during reading.
