Location overview of the device management

The location overview provides an overview of all branches of the company. These can be filtered by customer number, name / alias, address. Sorting according to the following points is also possible.

  • Customer number (ascending)
  • Name / Alias (ascending)
  • Devices total (descending)
  • Other devices (descending)
  • End of lifetime (descending)

In the tiles shown is from top to bottom:

  • The name of the branch / the alias assigned
  • The delivery address, if available, otherwise the billing address of the location.
  • The Hypersoft customer number

The total number of devices is displayed under Total devices (of which own).

Under Lifetime Status, the number of devices with the respective Lifetime status is displayed in the colors green, yellow, and red (as in the dashboard statistics). The currently running RMA processes and pending due services of the devices are also totaled. A click on a tile opens the detailed view of the respective location.

The location details of the device overview

The detailed view of the respective location shows all devices available in this location and their current status. The filter options shown adapt dynamically to the selected location and only show what the location actually owns at that moment.

Filter.

In the upper part of the dialog the devices can be filtered according to the criteria valid for the respective location.

The number of existing devices that fall under this characteristic is displayed in brackets.

Type:

All device types are displayed under Type. This means Hypersoft as well as own device types.

Feature:

There are currently four filter criteria under Characteristic:

  • Devices (Hypersoft)
  • Devices (Other)
  • RMA
    • All devices in a repair process are summarized here
  • Rental system (Hypersoft)
    • Here you will find all devices rented from Hypersoft GmbH.

Service Partner:

Under Service Partner you will find all created service partners and (by default) Hypersoft.
