Device Management Dashboard
All important information is summarized and displayed centrally in the dashboard. If the site is connected to a control centre, the registered company receives the necessary information, while all information is available to the control centre. Likewise Multi-Unit Franchisees see all companies of your group etc. in their headquarters.
event log
The event log is located on the left-hand side. This chronologically shows the last events, such as a sent replacement hardware, a service performed or a triggered repair procedure. The corresponding user who triggered this event.
Lifetime status of your devices
In the middle there is a statistical evaluation of the lifetime of all devices. The number of devices is output here.
The total number of devices is blue. Devices at the beginning of lifetime are green. If half of the lifetime is reached, this is indicated by yellow. If the lifetime has reached or exceeded the end, this is indicated in red.
in the upper graphic there are the Hypersoft devices and below them other (self-configured) devices.
End of lifetime
At the top right are the top companies based on expired lifetime (for Hypersoft devices), starting with the most critical company. From here you can switch to the location overview or open the view of a company.
Service Partner / Devices
In the middle right you will find an overview of all our service partners. The second column shows the number of device templates for the service partner and the third column the number of devices at the locations. From here, you can jump to the Service Partner Management via Manage Service Partner (authorization required). Via the link Manage device templates you can switch to the device template management.
Current RMA processes (device replacement)
Here active RMA processes for "Hypersoft devices" and devices of the service partners are displayed. From here you can go directly to the RMA administration with the link Open RMA administration.
