Planning and scheduling price groups

When you save changes, you have the option of entering a planned date or changing an existing change date. If you have authorization for release, you can also release changes directly for transfer to the POS system.

If you have completed your editing for a planned point in time, you can select this via the view / tileClosed In programs, tile usually refers to flat action surfaces similar to a switch. Tiles can contain color text and images. "Planned changes" and release it for transfer to your cash register or the local item master.

Please note that only approved changes are transferred to your cash register and executed.

Please note that changes that are only released after the change day can only be transferred to the checkout / item master at this delayed release time.

Please note that the time per scheduled change must be unique, choose a different time for the scheduled change or adjust the existing scheduled change.

Planned changes

Changes can optionally be planned for execution in the future. When planning and all changes are complete, the change must be released for the item master. The change is transferred to your central server and is available locally. When the desired change date is reached, the changes are transferred to your system. Changes that have already been released and thus transferred to your central server can no longer be edited later.

The planned changes can be viewed in the corresponding view /Tile Planned Changes. The changes are displayed in descending order. If you make two different changes to an identical date, the time of release will be used as the order.

The changes are displayed for the future and the past. You can release the changes for transfer to your cash register. Past changes that have not been released must be moved to a new date (today or in the future) in order to be released. In addition, you will receive the information whether the transmission to your central server has taken place and the changes have been processed.

The View changes button takes you to the corresponding view. However, it is not possible to edit these changes in this way.
