Orderman gram input

By pressing the cash register function Gram input the operator is prompted to enter a weight in grams on the DON/MAX. This weight is then displayed in the upper status bar and applied to the subsequent item. However, if an item is booked without possible gram entry, the weight is discarded and a corresponding message appears. There is also a note if an item defined for the gram entry is booked without first entering a weight.
