Use Orderman belt printer
You can use a belt printer for the Orderman MAX. Its setup is described in the chapter Technology and Hardware.
The MAX belt printer itself is already installed in the Hypersoft Suite and can easily be selected for forms or order groups.

Using logos with the Orderman belt printer
The belt printer is able to store two different images (BMP's) in its memory. The images are loaded into the belt printer with the Orderman Service Package, which must be installed on the workstation to which the base station is connected.
The installation directory of the Orderman Service Package contains the two image files Image1.bmp (image is used in the header text) and Image2.bmp (image is used in the footer text).
Make sure that the file is a monochrome bitmap and does not exceed 384 x 255 pixels.
Via the print yobe settings in the CLOU-Mobile Server you can choose between two variants:
1. only the logo 1 at the top of the form
2. logo1 in the header and logo 2 in the footer of the form.
Error messages from the Orderman printer on the MAX
If you have not set up a backup printer in the CLOU-Mobile server, the following message may appear in the event of a malfunction:
There is no alternative printer defined, diversions are therefore not possible, please define an alternative printer, otherwise the system can block.
If an error message requires the MAX to be restarted, the print job will be sent to the printer again after the MAX has been restarted. If printing still does not work, print diversion is activated.
The pressure diversion can only be cancelled by restarting the Max again.
