NFC and OrderCard Multi Reader
The reader is connected to POS terminals and reads the OrderCard type.
You select the reader as order marshal in the ward administration. The system thus supports the first and second generation of the reader.
The device can also read ISO standard and NFC. This usage is project work requiring planning.
This topic concerns project work that is subject to planning.
The Hypersoft // system is a standard programme that can be used in many different configurations. The correct application of the topics described here requires expert knowledge and an alignment of expectations, and not all Hypersoft employees and partners are equally trained in all of the topics labelled in this way. For this reason, we characterise these topics as project work requiring planning, so that you can contact your Hypersoft sales partner or Hypersoft Support in good time with this necessary planning. This approach ensures that we record your requirements carefully and respond to them in a targeted manner.
Application and Care Tips for Orderman Handhelds
All Orderman mobile devices have been developed especially for the tough requirements in the catering trade. This means that the devices are extremely robust, waterproof and shockproof. If you also take the following care tips into account, you are guaranteed to enjoy it even longer:
- Clean the contacts before charging a device in the Base Station. Simply use a clean cloth for this purpose. Wet contacts in particular can lead to corrosion of the charging contacts over time.
- Clean batteries whose contact surfaces are dirty from time to time with a dry cloth.
- Simply clean the touch surface with a damp soft cloth. Please do not use abrasive cleaners or cloths with a rough surface.
- Only use the Orderman Touch Pen for your scoring and never use pens or other pointed objects. Otherwise you will damage the touch surface!
- Check the tip of the touch pen occasionally. Especially in the case of those who have fallen to the ground several times, the tip may show chipping. If necessary, please replace the Touch-Pen.
- Use the Orderman Safety Cord.
- Use the Orderman belt bag. Insert the handheld so that the display is facing the body. This protects the display and prevents damage.
