Orderman operator login and options

The DON/MAX is designed in such a way that it can only be used after the operator has logged on. The login takes place with the secret numbers assigned in the CLOU. For automation and simplification there are further options available. To do this, start the CLOU-Mobile Server and select the SerialNumber Management tab. The settings are permanently assigned to the corresponding devices via the serial numbers.

Login to checkout

Turn on the DON or MAX. The device connects to the base station and the CLOU mobile server. The login is indicated by flashing of the Orderman DON/MAX lettering.

After a few seconds the login is done and DON/MAX and the CLOU-Mobile is ready for input. The operator is prompted to enter his secret number:

Enter the secret number and confirm with OK. After successful login, the userClosed As users we call people who operate programs, in our case mostly the users of the MCP and the contained programs. name appears in the display area. You will be prompted to open an operation.

With the CLOU-Mobile you can only book if you have previously opened a transaction.

Special function Change POS number

The CLOU-Mobile has a POS number which is determined by the default settings of the CLOU-Mobile server. You can select a different till number by entering a comma followed by the till number at the end of the secret number, here is an example for the secret number 34533 and starting the till number 1:

34533,1

If you workwith district protection, which allows other districts with different operator authorisations at other POS stations, you can address the desired POS station with different authorisations when logging in with secret number.

Messages per operator

The messages created with Send messages per operator are also displayed on the DON/MAX. Unlike in the CLOU, the messages are displayed repeatedly even if this option is not enabled.

The function Messages per POS terminal is not supported on the DON/MAX.
