Orderman table transfer

You can use the DON/MAX to transfer postings from one transaction to another. For this purpose, the function table transfer (or according to customer transfer) must be created in the keyboard area of the DON/MAX.

If you want to transfer postings, you must first open the source transaction. Then press the function table transfer. A prompt for entering the target operation appears. Enter this table number.

Now select the posting that you want to settle. If you are working with theMultiselection in Lists option, you can now select additional items for splitting in the list. Otherwise the list closes with the selection of an item and you have to touch the display area again to select another item.

You are still in the source transaction that you end with New balance or a close key.

You should better close new bookings before transferring with New Balance to trigger the order vouchers. You must not make any new postings while using the transfer function.

Transfer of all items

If you put the function table transfer twice as function macro on a key, all items of the source transaction are automatically transferred to the target transaction during the transfer.

This function also supports the selection of seat numbers.

Easy transfer with seat numbers

If you have booked on seat numbers, the CLOU - Mobile will help you with the transfer. For example, if seat 3 at table 1 wants to move, open table 1 by entering 1+comma+3+OK (1,3). Then enter the destination (as table number) and press tabletransfer . All bookings from seat 3 are then automatically transferred without having to be transferred individually. After the table transfer, both tables are automatically closed and a message with detailed information is displayed.

The information about the location number of the items is still available in the target operation.

Note on blocked operations

The area protection and the access to transactiones can be carried out in the operator authorisations and applies equally to the operators of the CLOU-Mobile.

Unlike in the CLOU, however, no other operator can log on to the CLOU mobile, so that the transfer to a target operation to which the current operator does not have access is not possible in this way. For this you should then use the cashier mode, adjust the permissions or use an operator with the appropriate permissions to execute the transfer.
