Produce items for replacement tickets

Items for replacement tickets are created in the item master and are assigned ticket type 4 (4 - replacement ticket).

If you want to use these replacement tickets with several places or actions (categories), name the item as a replacementticket, since you cannot yet know for which the ticket will be exchanged.

Produce these ticket items (without sales price) and keep them at the entrance or where replacement receipts can be exchanged for replacement tickets.

To be able to later assign the issued replacement tickets to the actual items, create an item with ticket type 1 (1 access) for each category used or with a different type corresponding to the insert (but not type 4!). These items must have the option external order in the register cash register settings.
