complete overview

The complete overview can be displayed in short or detailed form. There is a setting for this on the tab Advanced Options.

This report consists of several pieces of information:

  • Subdivision of all checkout stations with consideration of profit centers
  • Gross and net sales in line with the Financial Review.
  • Percentage of total sales.
  • Cost of sales in net equity and as a percentage of net sales.
  • Losses in net equity and gross UK and the respective percentages.
  • Net and gross cutting calculation. Bond average based on the number of customers.
  • Number of working hours (from time recording) taking into account only employees at work and not theoretical working hours (due to leave and illness)
  • Number of valuated working hours from the wage type configurator. Taking into account the surcharges. For example, 1.25 at one night hour.
  • Wage costs (must be defined in the wage type configurator) with percentage indication based on total net turnover.
  • Extra specification of the wage bonuses included.
  • In addition, there is a block with the working hours in relation to the turnover.

The section Operators without time recording data lists the remaining data of operators who made cash entries on days when they were not logged in via time recording. In addition, all times assigned to an activity are listed.

Operator time recording and turnover

In the upper area all operators are listed and summed up who have at least recorded time or booked turnover. The detailed variant can be activated via a setting.

The average turnover is divided into booked and cashed turnover. Additionally, granted discounts are displayed in Euro.

Profit center - Station overview

All profit centers are displayed with the corresponding POS stations. The same applies to the turnover and average values collected by this station.

In the lower part, you get an overview of the recorded times and the theoretical wage costs are displayed. See Best Practice with Theoretical Hourly Wage 1 and 2.

Whether the theoretical wage type 1 or 2 is used here is set in the settings for the time recording report. This setting in the time recording report then also applies to this general overview.

Advanced options for the General Overview report

For the general overview, it is possible to activate a detailed display of the time recording.
