acquisition list

The entry list shows all basic items and their stock value. If a base article has several control types, it is listed and evaluated separately for each control type. This list is suitable for the manual entry of stock (for checking) if the check entry is not entered directly into the system at the storage location.

Grouping takes precedence over sorting, but can be deactivated if required. If you select a control group as the grouping, an item that is assigned to several groups is only displayed in the first group. If control groups are activated, you can exclude groups by removing the tick.

The sorting should be chosen in such a way that the stocks of the basic articles can be recorded as easily as possible (it should be based on the circumstances, provided these are logical). The manual specification of the point of sale refers to optional sorting with sort numbers.

You can choose whether the base unit or the control type is displayed. Items can be hidden using the assigned control group by deactivating the corresponding group. Article numbers and barcodes can also be integrated into the entry list via radio buttons.

Select Start calculation to create the list.

Group by areas...

Groupings for the manual entry list can be made according to areas and product groups.

When grouping, a separate page is created for each area as soon as the area changes. This allows several people with separate lists to carry out stocktaking in different areas at the same time. If an item is located in two areas, it will appear once in each list.

The controller supports you in entering the list at the time of comparison, even retrospectively.
