Debit Functions - All

The debit cash register functions are intended for your own card systems (not your own, e.g. EC cards and credit cards) where transactions can be made on transponder cards or in accounts.

In order to receive the Debit functions for selection, you must first select a transponder reader in the ward management.

This topic concerns project work that is subject to planning.

The Hypersoft // system is a standard programme that can be used in many different configurations. The correct application of the topics described here requires expert knowledge and an alignment of expectations, and not all Hypersoft employees and partners are equally trained in all of the topics labelled in this way. For this reason, we characterise these topics as project work requiring planning, so that you can contact your Hypersoft sales partner or Hypersoft Support in good time with this necessary planning. This approach ensures that we record your requirements carefully and respond to them in a targeted manner.

Debit Charging

Use the debit top-up function when you want to book amounts to top up your loyalty card.

Debit payment

You use the Debit Payout function if you want to devalue the customer card (possibly to pay out credit). Example of a function macro:

  1. Debit Balance (shows the current balance of the card)
  2. Debit payout (devalues the card)
  3. Payment type... (the currency you want to disburse) To devalue a certain amount, enter it instead of the Debit Balance function.

debit balance

Debit Balance shows you the current amount that is still on the customer card. You can also use this function at POS stations that are not connected to a network, since the value is read directly from the card.

Debit Detail Balance

The Key Value Detail Balance function shows you not only the current amount but also the individual bookings made with the card (this function is only available with SKIDATA).

Debit card Check Out

Disables a debit card so that it can no longer be used (this function is only available with n-tree).
