Backoffice Suite
The Hypersoft Backoffice offers you convenient access to your transaction data
Transaction data is usually time-relevant and provides the information for evaluations. In the Hypersoft suite, for example, cash postings. and inventory data, which you record with the Hypersoft Suite. It is multi-client and branch-capable.
You can work comfortably from your office or remote workstation, while your POS system can continue to work unaffected by this. Individual bookings can be viewed and detailed information displayed at any time. Special filters allow you to create reports after any time period. More than 100 reports and evaluations with various setting options are at your disposal. Output as PDF with automatic mail dispatch or export of the data for further viewing in Microsoft Excel are just as standard as viewing the data on your smartphone, tablet and any browser. The Backoffice Suite consists of a combination of our programs.
The Report Manager
The Report Manager is part of the Backoffice Suite and has been given its own chapter as the most comprehensive reporting programme. A version of the Report Manager limited to nineteen reports is already included in the cash register licences. With the Backoffice Suite, this limit is removed.
