Backoffice licences
The Backoffice Suite license is a combination of several programs. The programmes can be used in central offices with one licence for all locations connected via web clearing.
Without a back office licence, the Hypersoft UX Quick-Service and Hypersoft UX Full-Service licences automatically include the most important reports of the Report Manager, as described under Report Manager free UX reports.

DA the booking data can be transported to the head office with the web clearing, the back office suite is usually also used there.

If the Backoffice Suite is required at another location (even if it is the same company/client), another licence must be purchased, for example a licence for evaluations in the company and a licence for own evaluations in the head office. Within a location, you can use the back office licence at the checkout or at MCP workstations.
The Backoffice Suite includes the Report Collection and extends the evaluations in the Live Report.
Special licence information...
The Backoffice Suite can be used either in the company or in a remote office that is connected via web sharing, for example. If it is to be used by both, both also need their own licence. Even if a location uses the Backoffice Suite in the head office "by remote control" or Remote Desktop or TeamViewer and similar, an additional licence is required for the location. Each individual remote control workstation then also requires its own licence.
Voucher Management and Web Vouchers...
A Backoffice Suite licence is required for the use of vouchers, as this contains the Voucher Management programme. This logical consequence results from the fact that the use of vouchers also places higher demands on the evaluations of the POS system. Web vouchers have separate licences, but can also be evaluated with the Backoffice Suite.
At this point, we would like to draw your attention to the new or current web voucher system and recommend its use especially for larger installations.
Licences are always issued at the place of use:
If the export is only used in the head office, a single licence for the head office is sufficient.
If the export is also to be used at the locations, each location requires its own licence.
The corresponding licence is included in the ePOS Finance licence.
