cash forms
In the Hypersoft system you can use forms to print receipts or provide them online withNoCOO - Digital Billing. You can set and design these forms here. With these forms you can also create one or more invoice layouts, as well as delivery notes, interim invoices and other variants. The free naming of your forms then provides you with functions of the same name in the POS system. Even if you use more than one invoice form, they can be uniquely numbered across the board.
Application of forms
Each form set up creates a cash register function of the same name, which, positioned on a closing key, then outputs the form. Special features of forms are the variant Type Invoice (this also provides for overlapping numbering), or the variant Free Type for everything else. Irrespective of the form type, the bookings are booked with a payment type when they are concluded and are thus always fixed. Combinations of forms (with their design) and payment types are the rule. Thus, a form is used together with other cash register functions in a closing macro. However, you can also configure a completion key where your operator is offered a choice of forms or payment methods.
