View booking list

If you want to view or monitor the current bookings of the operators, use the View booking list program. This somewhat old control possibility is to observe which items are issued and at the same time to look at the booking list, whether this was also booked. This is a variant of video surveillance with text insertion: Cashier Mode Video Interface

Best practice real-time control of operators

If the Hypersoft system and the included control mechanisms are implemented and applied, one has a secure overview and fraud exceptions are detected promptly. To confirm this or simply for alternative controlling, it has become established practice to check the correctness of operators' bookings during operation.

They monitor the booking list while working with the POS system and compare the bookings with the issued settled articles. It is similar to surveillance with a booking text superimposed on a video recording, except that here it is current and selective (and does not require video recording and analysis). A major advantage for clarifying misunderstandings is that the operator can be confronted with this fact the moment discrepancies between the bookings and the actual items are detected.

However, it is also useful to use the booking list for other reasons, for example in exceptional booking situations that may occur with a banquet business, tethered bar facilities or other exceptions.

Start the programme from the cashier mode with the cashier function Run and the number 17 or 18(see the Run section). If you call up the programme from the cashier mode, you must have the authorisation for the operator report (no. 17) or the operator overview (No. 18) have. Alternatively, start the programme View booking list from the MCP in the programme group POS :
