Manager Report Area
The manager report (report number 9) is an overview of the most important information of your company. It is suitable, for example, if you want to obtain an overview of the status of your company spontaneously and quickly.
The settings can be found in the ReportSettings program:
Most options are self-explanatory, plus supplementary descriptions:
| Theoretical cost of sales |
Corresponds to the goods usage report with loss postings. The Shortened display option displays a cumulative value. |
| Theoretical wage costs |
result from the employees registered in time recording (since the last Z report). The wage costs are calculated by multiplying the working hours by the value of the Theoretical hourly wage field from the employee master record. If an employee has not yet logged off, the current time is calculated and an asterisk is appended to the name in the list in brackets. |
| Print free texts |
Here you can define texts that, for example, also prompt you to write down further information. For example, payout to bank or sensation of weather.

You can use this to store a number for each ward that is printed as a bar code. Case study: A third-party company counts the cash and needs a unique number for each location, which can be read automatically. |
| Suppress headings |
Without a heading, the report is printed shorter.

The manager report can list In House and Out of House sales in item quantity and amount. If the option switch for loss entries and price levels is active, these are evaluated extra in this respect.
