Legal support for T&Cs and data protection notices for your online shop

To enable you to easily create your own individual legal texts for your online shop or NoCOO without any worries, we work closely with the Munich IT law firm at this point. By clicking on the following link, you can answer various questions, which will enable the law firm to automatically create a suitable legal text for you. If laws change, IT-Kanzlei is obliged to include these points in its portal and thus adapt the generated texts. They will receive a notification from there for the duration of this cooperation and should then update the texts in their Hypersoft system.

So please always make sure that your texts in the MyHypersoft portal are up to date.

When answering the questions, consider the following technical advice from Hypersoft's perspective and adapt these suggestions as necessary. If Hypersoft does not use a particular service on the system provided to you, you may still use the service yourself, e.g. a service for sending newsletters. In this case, you must confirm this with Yes in deviation from our template. In addition, the questions of the law firm may change and be supplemented without an update being available on this page for this purpose.
