Internal information from PayTec direct
PayTec itself was founded back in 2004 and has always been a partner of the largest acquirers in the Swiss market (Worldline, Nets, First Data, VR Payment), for whom PayTec develops and operates hardware, software and other services such as ep2 service centres. There are currently 60,000 PayTec terminals in use across Europe, which will have processed more than 500 million booking transactions in 2022. As an owner-managed SME without external financial backers, PayTec has Switzerland at heart, which is why PayTec decided ca 2021 to strategically address and develop this business area and to create affordable access to cashless payment transactions for SMEs and is very successful on the market with this concept.

Warranty and service
You don't have to worry about warranty and service here either, as PayTec and Hypersoft are optimally coordinated for this. Hypersoft takes care of the integration between POS system and terminals, PayTec takes care of the terminals and the integration of the PayTec portal for cashless payment transactions. Both companies are in active exchange and we also take care of your questions together if necessary.
Licensing of the PayTec integration
In the standard version, a Hypersoft Fair Use Flat (FuF) licence is used to integrate the payment terminals with PayTec. See also IF 17 FuF: Fair use flat payment licence.
