Payment methods in Switzerland

Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen can process all major credit cards + TWINT (61.3% of all mobile payments in Switzerland).

Adyen contracts for eSolutions and support

If you would like to use Adyen as a payment processor in Switzerland, you will receive the necessary sub-merchant contracts directly from Hypersoft. Hypersoft provides support for payment in the eSolutions area as well as for all other topics in this area, so that you only need one contact person for the shop system and payment.

As a reminder: With Hypersoft Pay with wallee, the support for the payment terminals is carried out directly by wallee and Hypersoft takes care of the integration of the payment terminals at your POS system or within the PayPOS system.

Transaction fees...

The transaction fee at Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen are in EURO, because besides our Swiss company, the main Hypersoft headquarter is in Hamburg. The fees are simply and fairly settled with you at the current conversion rate in CHF when the monthly invoice is issued (this can be quite advantageous for you). The other incidental costs are deducted directly when the payment is made to you, as is customary when accepting cashless payments.

The transaction fee is settled in EURO at the daily price.
The rest of the fees are calculated as a percentage of the CHF amount.

Setup in the Adyen portal

The currency CHF is stored in the Adyen merchant account, so that you are billed in Swiss francs. The maximum amount is also deposited in Swiss francs. Please see Amount window through minimum and maximum.
