Webclearing Central Settings
If you are working in a central/branch network, the following switches are used in the central unit during keyboard programming below the item list All items with the property Item not available in store are hereby made available.
This program allows you to centrally maintain the configurations of the branch keyboards. It is useful when many different requirements of the branches are to be solved with as little effort as possible. The method whether a branch is to use its own keyboards, the master keyboards or individual settings is set directly in the branch in the Webclearing Client in the Data Settings tab. Make sure that you activate Individual configuration in the area Cash register keyboard of client if you want to use the branch keyboard configuration. The head office can view the method set for each store.
In the MCP in the central office (in the master client), press Configure Webclearing:

It also opens the keyboard configuration of the location for editing. |

| Do not allow cash postings to be sent once | With this switch it is now possible to start web clearing in the branches so that they do not transfer the cash postings (F_Tables). |
| Starting Web Clearing in a Store |
The web clearing operates from the location (formerly branch). This allows you to remote control web clearing in connection with the two options for all branches and forced restart. Pressing the button Start Web Clearing in Branch in connection with the option switch Forced Restart requires the restart of all Web Clearing processes (the communication of the restarts takes place in the branches via the PortalClearing, the PortalClearing must therefore run securely). |
| Master data adjustment in stores to START/STOP |
The switches are used for remote control of the web clearing of the locations. Press STOP to stop the service for synchronising the master data until you press START to reactivate the service. Please note that the START button not only reactivates web clearing, but also executes it immediately. The master data situation that is present in the head office at this moment is therefore immediately transmitted to the branches. |
