Employee Information

The Information tab is a DIY section. You can define and add content yourself by making the appropriate settings in the employee master settings. In addition to the staff list, you have the areas Free information, Groupings and Mailjournal.

Free Information

In the section Free Information you can display control elements in which exactly the staff information you need can be stored. Very different elements are available:

  • Text elements (for text input)
  • Date elements (for date entries)
  • Combo elements (To select predefined possibilities)
  • Number elements (for entering numbers)

The definition takes place in the settings of the employee master in the area Free fields.

groupings

In the right-hand area you can make groupings. To do this, create the desired elements in the settings of the employee master in the area groupings. You can then also create lists using the settings for these groupings. The output of the duty rosters can also be grouped according to these settings.

mail journal

The mail journal is then automatically kept as a record when you email staff duty rosters from the programme Print duty roster.
