Virtual customer card
The virtual customer card is a function that allows you to work without customer cards, but to use the functions of a customer card.
To create a virtual customer card, go to the master data of a customer and select the tab Cards. There you press the button Create virtual customer card and a virtual customer card will be added to the list below. This card can be used with the functions balance, limit, charge limit and minimum consumption.
The virtual customer card receives the customer number of the customer.
On both the Hypersoft POS and the mPOS, the customer is then simply called up with the checkout function Customer number. Further processing is the same as if you had applied a customer card.
Portal accessibility
This function requires the accessibility of the Hypersoft Portal. If this is not possible, the following message appears and the virtual loyalty card
A customer card is a data carrier (usually in card format) that can be used for internal billing in the Hypersoft Suite. The customer card can be used in a cashless area or as a prepaid means of payment (then debit card). A customer card can be assigned to a customer, or used anonymously. cannot be created:
