Hypersoft POS Closed Loop Systems

In connection with cash register systems, so-called Closed Loop payment systems are also used. Different techniques offer you a variety of possibilities to establish a closed payment loop within your own payment system.

That's what closed loop systems are all about:

  1. Restaurant or discotheque billing systems in which guests or customers are given cards with a credit limit when they enter.

    1. Variant Club Check-In

    2. Variant Quick Check-In (simple example)

  2. Canteens where cashless prepaid credits are stored on cards (access cards are often used). These are Prepaid customer cards

a.A. = on request (possibly depending on details), or the system requires project work to be planned anyway

m.E= with restrictions

*1 = the mPOS software can apply prepaid credit for payment. The prerequisite for this is that the card can be read. For barcodes and QR codes, this can be done with most devices. NFC readers for transponder cards are rarely included in the mobile device or are not supported in the standard. Even if, it must always be checked whether a compatible card format is used.

*2 = The mPOS can be used in conjunction with Club Check In and Easy Check in, but it cannot check in or check out itself; this is then done at the Hypersoft POS.

licenses

To use closed loop payment systems, you need the Cashless Options licence.
