Device Management is also used to manage devices purchased from Hypersoft directly or through Hypersoft resellers, as well as devices from other suppliers. You can use this to integrate other (your own) devices with service requirements to meet service deadlines and also include external service providers in the service. This gives you the opportunity to get an overview of your devices centrally and to organize their service needs easily and reliably.
So that we can provide support for this service in the standard, we imagine that the use for Hypersoft devices is in the foreground. The use of the device management for your other devices is then also free of charge.
GoBD Statement: With regard to audits, information about locations and equipment may be important criteria. In the delivery and service cycle of Hypersoft devices that are purchased directly or through specialist dealers, we take these things into account extensively for your safety. The careful storage of serial numbers and the scope of the devices used, which can be verified by the device management, thus also serves your safety in the event of possible (also later) operating audits before the supplementary safety devices (which are planned in Germany from the year 2020).
The site management for the individual devices has several functions:
- The unique assignment (especially with several similar devices) helps in case of support.
- You will receive information on age and warranty status.
- You can use the list for your inventory.
- The location of devices and an accurate listing of all devices involved in the checkout process also play an important and increasing role in operational audits.
The Hypersoft Device Management contains all devices that have been supplied to you by Hypersoft. You can see the age and warranty period of the devices. If equipment is replaced by us as part of the RMA process (standard exchange procedure with our service center where return is agreed with us), you will receive additional information about the current status. You can also obtain shipping information using the UPS tracking number. If devices should no longer be used (or incorrect entries should exist), you can check and delete them using the function for a support request. You can access device management via the MyHypersoft portal in the My Operationmenu.
