Overview for My Bills
The invoice overview contains all receipts that you have received from Hypersoft since 01.01.2019.
The summary table contains the following information:

Document date: The date the invoice was created.

Document Name: The subject of the document.

Voucher number: The number of the voucher.

Customer number: The number of the customer to which the respective receipt belongs.

Location/Alias: The name of your location or the stored alias.

Amount: The amount of the receipt to be paid. If it is a partially paid voucher, the balance is displayed below the amount.

Payment type: The payment type stored for the voucher. (bank transfer, direct debit)

E-mail dispatch to: Display of the e-mail address to which your receipts will be sent.

Status: The status of the document. (Please link the paragraph status)

Due date: The due date of the voucher in relation to the due date, the due date is displayed below the due date.

Download: Lets you download the receipt directly.

Resend: The receipt is resent to the stored email address.
Display/ Pagination...
The table always displays up to 50 vouchers at a time. If the current filtering results in a larger total, it can be scrolled through using the pagination 50s steps. The operating elements are located above and below the table:
Total open items...
Above the invoice table is a display of the total amount as well as the number of all open items in the selected location and period. This total includes all invoices with the status: Open, Partially Paid and Dunning Level.
The desired location, invoice status, period and invoice type can be filtered via the filters:
The status filter makes it possible to limit the overview table to the documents of a certain status or status group. The following options of the filter refer to several statuses:

Open: Filters all receipts that are still open or only partially paid.

Paid: Displays all fully paid invoices.

Dunning level: Displays all invoices that are in a dunning level.
Type filter...
The type filter makes it possible to limit the overview table to the receipts of a certain invoice type. The following options can be selected:

All (standard)
-
Software maintenance (your monthly receipts for software maintenance)
-
Rent (your monthly rent receipts)
-
Campaigns (your monthly usage or activity related receipts)
-
Orders (licences, hardware, repairs, services)
The search function allows you to search the summary table by voucher text, voucher number and amount. It is possible to enter several search terms. These must be separated by a space.
Detailed view (select document)...
Clicking on the row of a voucher in the overview table opens the detailed view of the voucher.
The detailed view contains the same information about the respective document as the overview table. In addition, it provides information on the mail addresses (which have been stored for your business in our accounting department for this purpose) and the mailing history of the receipt. At the edge of the detail view there are arrows that make it possible to switch directly between the detailed views of the vouchers in the overview table. Below the PDF preview is information on when and to whom the last mail was sent regarding the respective document. If it is a reminder, a corresponding text is displayed. Use the buttons Send again, as well as Download to send or download the corresponding invoice again.
You can reach the submenu via the three dots at the top right of the title bar. Here you can access the settings as well as the alias per location.
